An annual credit allocation is shared across all users in your organisation. Credits are consumed per module execution — your team controls where budget is spent. Every user sees the live pool balance on their dashboard. New modules released during your subscription are automatically included at the standard credit cost. All prices are negotiated directly and invoiced annually in Euros.
Pro-rata formula applies for mid-year contract starts — annual fee and included credits calculated from effective date to 31 December. All subsequent years renew on a January 1–December 31 Contract Year. Volume discounts apply on additional credit purchases.
Unlimited plans remove credit consumption entirely. Named users execute any module any number of times, subject only to concurrency limits. Ideal for organisations with continuous, high-volume evidence generation needs. Access is granted automatically to any user registering with your corporate email domain. All prices negotiated directly, invoiced annually in Euros.
Unlimited access is for the Client's internal clinical research activities. Systematic reselling, benchmarking against competitors, or training external AI models is prohibited. Fair Use Policy applies — see Terms of Use.
